Grand Hotel, Brighton, UK, seriously damaged after a Provisional IRA bomb on 12th October 1984. At the time the hotel had as guests Conservative Party VIPs, including the Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, who were attending their annual conference in the adjacent Brighton Centre.
