Leonard Kaitcer, antiques dealer, Belfast, N Ireland, photographed at his premises, 4th October 1974. On 9th February 1980 Mr Kaitcer was abducted from his South Belfast home. The kidnappers demanded a £1m ransom from his sons who attempted to meet their demands. Despite this Mr Kaitcer's body was found on the Glen Road, Andersonstown, the following day. Although no organisation admitted responsibility it was assumed that a republican organisation was involved because of where the body was found. 197410040518LK1.<br />
