Leo McBrien, RUC, on VIP protection duty waits for Captain Terence O'Neill, Prime Minister, N Ireland, to emerge from BBC Broadcasting House, Belfast, following the recording of his "Ulster stands at the Crossroads" speech. His rank at time of photo not known but he went on to become a Chief Inspector.
