Martin Skillen, 21 years, Roman Catholic, from Norgen Gardens, West Belfast, who was shot dead by British troops at the junction of Sevastapol Street and the Falls Road, Belfast, N Ireland, on 3rd August 1974. It is alleged he was preparing to mount an attack on rival Official IRA members. It was claimed that Skillen was a member of the 2nd Battalion, Provisional IRA.
