Among the mourners at the funeral of murdered Citybus inspector, Alexander Millar, were a group of his colleagues. The cortege has just departed from his home in North Belfast, N Ireland, UK. Mr Millar was described as a captain in the UDA, Ulster Defence Association. Para-military uniformed members of that organisation carried his coffin and flanked the hearse. Mr Millar was shot dead in his office at Ardoyne Bus Station where he was singled out by a gunman and an associate on 2nd May 1975. Although a UDA member would have been an obvious target for the Provisional IRA no claim or counter-claim was made to this effect. <br />
