The bullet-riddled car in which Rory Gormley, 14 years, Roman Catholic, died in a UVF gun attack on his father's car as be was being taken to St Malachy's College.  His father, Dr Peter Gormley, a leading eye surgeon, who worked in the Mater Hospital, was also injured as was a brother of Rory's and another boy.  The Gormley family from South Belfast were taking a short cut across the loyalist Shankill Road, Belfast, N Ireland. It is believed the car was targeted because of the St Malachy's school uniforms. At the inquest it was revealed that one of gunmen was aged about 15 years, just a year older than his victim. 197211270759c<br />
