British soldiers and detectives at the assasination scene of Billy McMillen, aka Liam McMillen, officer commanding, Official IRA, ORA, in Belfast, N Ireland.  McMillen was shot dead 28th April 1975 as he sat in his car in Spinner Street, off the Falls Road, after collecting his wedding photographs from nearby premises.
