Following a 29th July 1976 explosion at the White Fort Inn, Andersonsontown, Belfast, N Ireland, ambulancemen stretcher away on of the two fatalities.  A third man died from his injuries on 8th September 1976. Approximately 60 men in the bar at the time of who 16 were injured.
