Provisional IRA ceremony, Sunday, 22nd February 1976, at Leique Cemetery, Ballina, Co Mayo, Rep of Ireland, to pay tribute to Frank Stagg who died on hunger strike in Wakefield Prison, England on 12th February 1976. Speaking is Joe Stagg, a close relation. Also on the platform are Jimmy Drumm, second from left, and Joe Cahill, extreme right and partially obscured. Several weeks later Stagg's coffin was moved from the grave concreted over by the Rep of Ireland government to one in the nearby Republican Plot.
